Admission Procedure

Step 1: Schedule a School Tour.

Oakwood tours are for families to view our facility and to observe classes in action. After a tour of our facility, curriculum, application procedures and school fees will be provided. After which any questions families may have can be discussed. Typically, Oakwood tours last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Tours can be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 or 14:00, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:00.

Step 2: Send an Application Form.

Families that are interested in applying at Oakwood are required to fill the form that will be sent to you after your school tour or upon request if a school tour is not possible.

Step 3: Book a Trial.

We may require potential students to have a trial at our school to see if it is a good fit for everyone. Our trial class runs from 9:00am~11:45am for all day programs and from 3:30pm to 5:30pm for afterschool programs.
