Admission Procedure
Step 1: Schedule a School Tour.
Oakwood tours are for families to view our facility and to observe classes in action. After a tour of our facility, curriculum, application procedures and school fees will be provided. After which any questions families may have can be discussed. Typically, Oakwood tours take 1 hour and you are welcome to come with or without your child(ren).
Step 2: Book a Trial.
You may book a Trial for your child at the end of your Oakwood tour or, by phone and email.
Trials are optional, for those wishing to move straight to step 3, you are welcome to do so.
Our Trial runs from 8:45am~11:45am for Preschool and Kindergarten and 8:45am~11:30am for Nursery. We ask Parents to return to Oakwood 15 minutes before the end of the trial to discuss how the Trial went.
Step 3: Send an Application Form.
Families that are interested in applying at Oakwood are required to fill the form listed below. There is an Application processing fee of ¥20,000. Once we receive payment, you will placed on the waitlist and informed of available enrollment dates.
